1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase for a full refund. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Email immediately for cancellations.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Returns Policy
- Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of organic herbal powders and teas, we do not accept returns. Once a product leaves our home-based facility and is delivered, we cannot restock it to ensure the safety of other customers.
- Exceptions: We only address issues if the product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
3. Replacements for Damages
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, we will provide a free replacement.
- Mandatory Requirement: You must record an unboxing video starting from the opening of the courier seal to the disclosure of the damage.
- Reporting Time: You must report the damage to us within 12 hours of delivery.
- Process: Send the unboxing video and photos of the invoice to whatsapp- 7904253318. Once verified, we will ship a replacement within 48 hours.
4. Refund Process (If Applicable)
In rare cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., the product is out of stock):
- We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card).
- The refund will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:
- The shipping address provided was incorrect.
- The package was refused by the recipient.
- Three delivery attempts were made by our courier partner and failed.
- The product has been opened or used.
